First time being here, food is amazing our server was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us. I definitely would come here again also love the queso a lot. they give you a good amount for a good price. Thank you for the wonderful dinner me and my husband had.

El Paraiso is SO good! Not just food but the drinks, service, location. It’s all TOP notch!!! The margaritas are incredibly good and the tacos de Asada are calling my name even as I write this review! My kids had the grilled chicken and quesadilla and the portions are generous! My husband had the Chile Relleno and said it was delicious! We also had the guacamole dip and yes, yes! So good! Free chips and salsa is also a huge plus. The service is so good and I know if you come here you won’t be disappointed! Patio is pet friendly as well!

This place is my favorite. Every time I'm in springfield, I stop by. The service is great, and they remember me . Sometimes, they give me free drinks to try out. And extra stuff to take home. Like beans. Rice. It's the closest food to my mom's food I ever had. Sometimes, I tip more than the food cost . But they doo have some nice plates of food they have to offer for any type of occasion

Found this gem while visiting from Utah. The entire experience was outstanding! It’s located in a quiet part of town, don’t let that fool you, you don’t want to miss this place. I ordered the flaming pineapple dish and my husband the mushroom and onion smothered chicken. Delicious! They even have a spicy salsa option for the spice hounds. Chips were fresh and warm:)

Went there Friday night around 7:30pm and they were busy with lots of customers. I was seated quickly and ordered a house margarita, water w lemon and I ordered the ribeye fajitas cooked medium rare. The dish came with their excellent rice and means and garnish w crema. I opted for the corn tortillas. My server was friendly and she made sure I was happy with every item I ordered. She even got the tv changed to some sports along the corridor towards the bathrooms. The main dining room is huge with a great bar and lots of tv's playing mostly sports which I like. The place was packed and I was happy my dish came out as soon as it did. Everything they make there that I have tried is excellent and it's definitely my favorite Mexican restaurant in town. The owner/manager came around and checked on every table to make sure they were happy with their meals. I will definitely hang out there during the Super Bowl and the staff knows a lot about sports. It was packed and there was a lot of noise from all the conversations going on but that's to be expected. Highly recommended

Went for lunch, had seen good things on Facebook. Was completely blown away by the entire experience! This was by far the BEST Mexican food we have had in the Springfield area. Both of us went safe and got chicken, but I am looking forward to the Birria next time I go! Staff was super attentive and VERY friendly!! We will definitely be back! The only thing that took us by surprise a little was that your receipt has 2 different prices on it- a cash price and a card price. Definitely not an issue, and didn’t affect our experience at all!

Clean, friendly, and fast service. I ordered the #9 lunch special which includes a taco, enchilada and taquito. The food was good. Perfect lunch size portion. The chips and salsa were good too.

Simply WOW!! Pictures tell thousands of words, so I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Service was excellent and nothing like drinking margaritas while sitting outside on a gorgeous day! The food quality and flavor was superb! The drinks were delicious and aptly balanced. I have found my 'mecca' for Tex Mex cuisine in Springfield! Food Ordered; Ceviche - amazingly refreshing and compliments well with their Margaritas! Molcajete El Paraiso - Massive with great flavor fused together. Chimichanga - Not as crispy as expected but great flavor! Tacos Al Pastor - Meat cooked perfectly served with a tasty green sauce! Drinks were Monster Margarita and a Mangonada. We are looking forward to our next visit!
